I only receive 2 small speakers, where is the LONG sound bar? Is it a long sound bar and 2 speakers?

No. The 2 speakers you mentioned are actually 2 joinable soundbars, which could be combined into 1 long soundbar or you could use these 2 soundbars as 2 vertical tower soundbars.

Does it support Netflix or Amazon Prime video or other online streaming APP?

YES. It support Netflix/Amazon Prime.But please turn off the Dolby & DTS output when you use streaming. (in app setting such as Netflix or TV setting)

Why is there no sound? Why does it sound cuts out sometimes?
