• Check camera light; Solid = Online; Blinking = Offline.

• If you changed WiFi password, reset camera and reconnect.

• Move camera closer to router.

• Restart both router and camera.

2.Does the camera need to plug in a power adapter?

Yes. The camera needs to plug in a power adapter.

3.How to prevent unauthorized access to my camera?

• Set strong passwords in the app:

Account password (Profile > Change Password).

•Camera password (Settings > Device Info > Create Password).

•Regularly update both passwords.

4.Why does night vision switch between color/IR modes?

This is automatic:

• Color mode – Active when sufficient light exists.

• IR mode – Activates in darkness (infrared lights turn on).

5.Does auto-tracking work for pets and babies?

The current version only supports human detection (not pets).
