Two Ways of Locking
After installing this magical smart lock, there are two ways to unlock the door. One is to use passwords powered by AA batteries (batteries included) to get the door open or you can prefer the traditional way- spare keys to unlock the door. In this way, you won’t be stuck outside your house once the smart lock is out of juice.

Why is my smart lock not powering on or acting erratically after changing batteries?
Please double-check that you are using brand-new batteries and that they are inserted with the correct polarity (+ and – aligned properly). Using old batteries or incorrect installation is a common cause of power issues.
My smart lock feels stiff or the deadbolt doesn’t retract/extend smoothly. What can I do?
This is often due to misalignment. Crucially, adjust the strike plate spacing to between 60-70 cm during installation. Proper alignment at this distance ensures the deadbolt operates smoothly and effortlessly.
