The smart bulbs only support a 2.4 GHz WiFi network. Ensure the bulb and phone are connected to 2.4GHz. * The 2.4GHz and 5GHz mixed network may not be successfully configured. You need to separate the mixed networks to connect the device accordingly.

Why Is My Smart Bulb Not Connecting or Constantly Disconnecting?

Make sure that your smart bulb is within the WiFi router’s range or move the wifi router closer to the bulbs. Alternatively, consider upgrading your WiFi router or using a WiFi range extender or booster to improve its area coverage.

Why Is My Smart Bulb Not Working with or Not Responding to Alexa?

Ensure your Alexa device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your smart home devices. Important: Smart home Wi-Fi devices work on 2.4 GHz bands.

Why Is My Smart Bulb Flickering?

Flickering is often caused by interference from nearby high-power appliances and other electronic devices such as microwaves or cordless phones. Keep the bulb away from these sources of interference.

Can the Smart Bulb be Used with Any Dimmer Switch?

No, it is not designed to be used on dimmers. It can only be dimmed via the App. It will flicker if used on a dimmer.
